AASES form requests for Student Exchange
The Acceptance Advice of Secondary Exchange Student (AASES) form is a legally binding document which outlines the details of arrangements made for an exchange student to travel to Australia in order to undertake studies at a nominated school/college for a specified time frame.
The completed form is required by the Department of Immigration and Border Protection in order to approve and process student visas for exchange students applying to study in Australia.
The form is issued by the Office of Tasmanian Assessment, Standards and Certification (TASC) and jointly completed by the Office, the relevant Student Exchange Organisation, the school/college which the student will be attending, and the guardian parent/family who will be hosting the student.
