Moderator Positions for 2005

You are invited to apply for the positions of:

Moderator (Northern) for
Chemistry Senior Secondary 5 C


Moderator (Statewide ) for
Catering Senior Secondary 2 - 4
English Senior Secondary 2 - 4
German Senior Secondary 4 - 5
*Issues in Society Senior Secondary 2 - 4
Issues in the Care of Children Senior Secondary 4
Mathematics Methods Senior Secondary 4
Mathematics Specialised Senior Secondary 5C
Recreation & Health Senior Secondary 2, 4
*Religion & Philosophy Senior Secondary 2 - 4
*Tasmanian Investigations Senior Secondary 2 - 4
Working with Children Senior Secondary 3 - 4

* new syllabuses in 2005

The moderator:
- plans and chairs two moderation meetings each year and writes a short report of the meetings
- acts as a member of the assessment panel if moderating an externally assessed syllabus
- is paid a small honorarium
- is given PD opportunities
