How do I complain if I have concerns about an education or training provider? If your concern is about a particular provider, contact that provider. All education and training organisations have complaints or feedback processes that help them gather comments from clients and the public. They value this feedback as a source of continuous improvement. You can expect that in dealing with your complaint, the provider will:
Remember that even when your concern is given due consideration, the outcome you would like is not always possible. Sometimes actions cannot be undone, there are competing expectations, or resources do not allow the changes you might like.
