Personal Student Information held by TASC

Each year every student is provided with a Notice of Enrolment form, together with a Student Guide to External Assessment (in October). This notice of enrolment form contains your personal details, as well as listing all the TCE subjects you have enrolled for the current assessment year. It also shows the time, date and venue for any examinations you may have. You will need to present your Notice of Enrolment to gain entry into the examination room.

If for some reason you lose your Notice of Enrolment you must contact the Principal or TASC Liaison Officer at your school to obtain a new one prior to your examinations.

If the personal information contained on your notice of enrolment form is incorrect please make the necessary alterations on your form and return it to the TASC Liaison Officer at your school. The TASC Liaison Officer will then advise TASC of the changes and arrange for an updated notice to be provided.

The address printed on the Notice of Enrolment form is the same address to which your results will be posted at the end of the year.
